Today were perfect conditions for our little thought control #game! Have you ever done a #Run with 💯%-Focus? It's astonishing where your #thoughts stray 🤯while you're convinced to be completely concentrated! It takes time & effort to really #focus on your training, #technique and #speed 🚀🚀🚀
Try this: every time your watch beeps or at every corner speak out loud your last thought (just a key word) - be honest! Then "talk yourself back into your focus" by repeating a key word connected to technique (e.g. "knee", "relax", "forefoot" ...) or speed ("frequency", "Push", ...).
The rougher the conditions, the harder it gets 💪 ...and the greater the benefit 💯
#BehindTheScenes 4th winter of skiroller-training and finally my coordination is acceptable enough to call it a proper Training-Session (though my technique is still horrible 😂 - thus no video yet🙈). The classic technique was a highly demanding and often frustrating challenge, but once you made it, it simply feels awesome to master a new movement 🤗💪
What's your current coordination-challenge? I choose a new #challenge every three or four years to keep body&brain active.
Any suggestions for which sport I should try next?
